Our baristas are skilled in extracting espresso, coffee, dialing in machines, and tea preparation – as well as great customer service. Shift Lead

Are you a natural leader who loves coffee and enjoys providing exceptional customer service? Our company is searching for a highly motivated shift lead to join our team. As a shift lead, you’ll oversee a team of skilled baristas and ensure that our customers receive the best experience possible. You’ll be responsible for managing shift operations, including customer service, queue management, inventory, and cash-handling. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can motivate and inspire our team to provide top-notch service. If you have experience in managing a team and a passion for coffee, we would love to hear from you.

Head Barista

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Barista to join our team! As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee program, including training and managing baristas, ensuring consistent quality of coffee and espresso drinks, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
